When I Did What In The Garden
082309- seeded parsley (big blue container), carrots (back potato cage), chard (fromt potato cage), and snap peas (next to strawberries); Also seeded lettuce, spinach, and brocoli in a tray in the sundroom.
My garden philosophy is: keep it simple and (hopefully) cheap. Why pay $40 for a tomato cage when I can make 20 of my own out of one $35 bail of fencing. I'm not that handy; I don't like power tools. But, with a little creativity, I try to get the most out of my small urban garden. Hopefully you'll find something here that sparks your interest or gives you an idea for your own garden. Thanks for reading!
